Reporting

The Criminal Justice Coordinating Council requires its victim services sub-grantees to collect outcome data from their clients who receive direct services. CJCC requires the collection of outcome performance data to improve grant monitoring and technical assistance efforts, and to provide sub-grantees with information they can use for improving their programs and reporting to other funding agencies.

Mini-grant Reporting:

  • Program statistics are submitted on a quarterly basis via an access database

FVPSA Formula Grants:

  • Recipients of the shelter formula grant are required to submit two quarterly reports:
    • FVPSA Quarterly Activities Narrative Report: with this report grantees will provide a narrative describing how funds are being used to address one of the five special populations.
    • DV Community Awareness & Outreach Activities Report: With this report, agencies are to track their community awareness events. Each agency is required to complete awareness events in each county within their service area.
