The Georgia Victim Legal Assistance Network (VLAN) project is a nationally recognized project funded by the Vision 21 Initiative. It was formed to create a comprehensive, coordinated, and collaborative network of free, wraparound civil legal services that serve survivors of crime by addressing the full range of legal needs they may experience following their victimization and empowering them to restore their lives through access to justice and financial restoration.
