Request Data

The Statistical Analysis Center maintains various data collections on CJCC’s behalf. Please use the form below to request data. All requests are considered Open Records Requests and will be triaged accordingly. The SAC has 3 business days to acknowledge the request and provide you, the requestor, with an estimate of time to complete the request and any costs associated with fulfilling the request.

NOTE: Subgrantees requesting copies of their own data will not be charged for those.
