As part of the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council’s (CJCC) statutory mandate to convene criminal justice forums across the state, CJCC is proud to announce the 8th Judicial District (Middle and Ocmulgee Circuits) Regional Forum on October 30, 2013 from 9am-1pm at Georgia College & State University. The purpose of the forum is to solicit the regional needs and best practices of stakeholders and aid the development of policy and funding decision recommendations intended to marshal the state's limited resources in response to crime.
