On November 10, 2018 the Georgia Coalition Against Domestic Violence (GCADV) will host their 4th Annual Stand Event: Our Childhood, Our Stories, Our Empowerment. A lovely breakfast held at the Dunwoody Nature Center at 10:00 am.

On November 10, 2018 the Georgia Coalition Against Domestic Violence (GCADV) will host their 4th Annual Stand Event: Our Childhood, Our Stories, Our Empowerment. A lovely breakfast held at the Dunwoody Nature Center at 10:00 am. This event follows Domestic Violence Awareness Month in October and encourages and inspires the community to stand with survivors and to join the movement to end domestic violence.
This year we have the opportunity to hear from Dr. Yamma Brown, author of “Cold Sweat: My Father James Brown and Me”. GCADV will also highlight the new “We Begins With Me” campaign. This ticketed event will include brunch, mimosas, and special raffle items. Individual tickets are $45 or $80 for a pair of tickets.
