 2020 VAWA Implementation Plan and discuss the Competitive Request for Appl
 ications for the OVW FY2020 S.T.O.P VAWA grant program and the Sexual Ass
 ault Services Program (SASP) grant program.\n\n\n\nA representative from t
 he Stalking Prevention\, Awareness & Resource Center (SPARC) will conduct 
 a training. Participants will have an opportunity to learn from this subj
 ect matter expert on how to better support and serve victims of stalking.
