Submit 1512

All Recovery Act subgrantees must submit Section 1512 data on a quarterly basis. Failure to submit your 1512 report on time may result in your funds being rescinded.

Just a few reminders regarding your 1512 Reporting requirements...

  • Please check your Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to ensure it does not expire on or before July 5th. This can be done at https://www.bpn .gov/ccr/defaul t.aspx .
  • If you do not have jobs data to report for this quarter, please leave the section blank and certify that the section is true and accurate;
  • All DUNS numbers MUST be nine digits with no dashes or spaces;
  • All zip codes MUST be 9 digits with no dashes or spaces;
  • If you are using Recovery Act funds for personnel costs, you MUST maintain documentation on file confirming that if not for the Recovery Act funding the job would not have been created or retained. Example of this documentation would be board minutes, personnel memos, or county/city approved budgets;
  • If you have elected to use Recovery Act funds for any type of construction project and you have not spoken with me for "official" approval, you need to contact me immediately;
  • All recovery act subgrantees must continue to report 1512 data until an official letter has been received indicating that your grant has been closed and you no longer have to submit 1512 data.
